A meat processing business has been in continuous operation at 4th & Main in Allen since the 1960’s.  ALLEN MEAT PROCESSING   took over in February, 2003, providing Custom Slaughter and Processing services to the surrounding farms and ranches.  Our attention to quality and customer service has allowed us to continually expand our customer base. Cleanliness and sanitation are priorities that help us maintain consistent high standards of compliance with all State Guidelines.

ALLEN MEAT PROCESSING  is owned and operated by Phil and Nidia McAvay, who bring over 50 years of combined Meat Processing experience to their customers.  All employees of ALLEN MEAT PROCESSING   have the experience and skill to provide a superior product.
