Allen Meat Processing is a custom Slaughter and Processing facility specializing in Beef, Pork, Wildgame and Wildgame specialties. After Slaughter, with ample hang time on Beef, we will custom cut your Beef to your specifications, such as steak thickness, roast weight, ground beef package size, etc. We also try to take care of any specialty items that may be requested. On Pork we can take care of any cure items such as Bacons, Hams, etc.

We are located in Allen Kansas, a small town about 17 miles north of Emporia in north Lyon county. This is a great location for us due to the number of Farms and Ranchs that have Beef and Pork in their operations. We have been providing services to the surrounding county’s and beyond.

We are proud supporters of 4-H. The kids are the future. We try to take time whenever possible to work with the ones that are interested and show them how it works, including the full procedure from Slaughter to retail cuts in the package. They then have a better understanding on how it all breaks down.

On the Wild Game we specialize in Deer, Elk and Wild Hogs. We strive for a quick turnaround on Wild Game and try to cater to our out of state hunters because of their time frame. We are hunters also so we understand. We also offer Capping for those who want to have their Trophy mounted. Specialty items we offer are Jerky, Deer sticks and Summer Sausage, either plain or with JalapeƱo and cheese. It’s quite tasty!

Over the years our customer base has grown to cover Lyon, Morris, Chase and Greenwood counties where most of our business is generated, but we have more from outside these areas all the time and we welcome it. We feel our growth is due to our Customer Service, attention to detail and trying to do the very best we can for each and every customer.
